When should I book my videographer? As soon as possible! Running my own company now for 7 years has taught me many things, one of which is reputation is more important than money, as the Bible states in Proverbs 22:1 A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favor rather than silver and gold. I bring this up because at DangLinn Productions we prefer quality over quantity. I only work with 3 other videographers because I have been burned in the past with videographers work who was not, shall we say, up to par. If myself, or the other 3 videographers are not available I’m not going to risk hiring some fly by night videographer to do your shoot and have it end up being a disastrous video. Our videographers are not only talented but also professional. There are many companies out there who will always be available for your date because they hire anybody and everybody with a prosumer camera that shoots HD without really doing a vetting process.
